I am a committed artist as well as baker - passionate about great taste and great design - and started the naked cake about 3 years ago.
I study Fine Art at Oxford Brookes and many of my art installations have evolved cake. But art in the real world takes place outside of University, and I have designed and delivered Weddings Cakes in some breath-taking venues, from a hill top Church in Somerset to the Bodleian Library in Oxford.
